My approach to care…

I have been working as a physiotherapist in the beautiful community of Centre Wellington for over 20 years. I have a strong background in treating orthopaedic injuries and helping people take an active role in their recovery. My approach is client-centred and grounded in taking the time to truly listen, while guiding people through a thoughtful plan to improve movement and function. Building strong therapeutic relationships is an important part of how I work.

Having experienced multiple knee injuries and surgeries myself, I understand how frustrating the recovery process can feel. That experience shaped my approach to physiotherapy and strengthened my belief in the importance of movement, resilience, and long-term health. It has also allowed me to connect with clients in a meaningful way and support them through each stage of their recovery.

I enjoy working with people of all ages, from athletes looking to return to sport to individuals who simply want to move well and stay active for years to come. I believe the best outcomes occur when people are actively involved in their recovery and feel confident in how they move.
